I tried Farali thali here during navratri and it was really amazing. They have very unique items in the thali like Gujrathi kadhi and farali pattice. Mr Yohesh Bhatt was mentioned that the items in the thali are his recipes, kudos to him on turning boring farali items into tasty delicacies. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this restaurant especially the Navratri specials. Loved Sabudana khichdi, we also tried other farali items and all were very tasty.

Nothing great, overpriced food and sizzlers with subpar service.

We went for Navratri Thali and it was delicious. The quantity was really good. I must say I have not tried any thali better than this and I will be coming back soon again for more food. Thank you Yogesh Bhatt uncle for preparing such an amazing thali.

Service: Polite staff and fast service.
Food: Good, but could be improved.
Atmosphere: Average.
This venue used to host a Sankalp restaurant that I never visited. The current restaurant occupies the same location and shares a similar menu. I ordered takeout, specifically the Bombay Frankie and Veg Dum Biryani. The Bombay Frankie was quite small and came with too many fries. I would have preferred a larger Frankie instead of so many deep-fried sides. While the biryani was decent, the accompanying gravy could have been a bit thicker. It would also be helpful if the restaurant asked for preferred spice levels, as our dish was very spicy. Overall, it was an ok experience.

I’m so glad that we had a doctor appointment today in Fremont or we would’ve missed one of the most delicious meals I have ever eaten and I have much experience in this category. The cheese garlic naan and butter paneer curry was authentic and wasn’t lacking flavor. My wife had the Indichin sizzler. Again the flavor carried throughout the entire dish. Masala tea -authentic. Tried the Indian single malt whiskey OMG !!!!! What a way to top off the meal. Thank you for your gracious hospitality. Will definitely return!

Our late Sunday afternoon lunch was disappointing here.
Appetizers: Excited about the sizzlers, we tried both veg and non-veg north-Indian versions and found them to be tasteless. The non-veg had a pungent smell from the fish that got to all the other meat in the platter. Wouldn’t recommend either. Additionally we tried the sev poori chaat option, was sweet but good.
Mains: absolutely have to try the pepper chicken! Delicious!! Don’t get the madras chicken and get the chicken korma instead. The gravies were distinct and had a good taste for both pepper and korma.
Brownie was a good nostalgic finish to our meal. The ambience is super dense, and probably they have more furniture than they need.

Visited Khaati Peeti Restaurant and had a really good experience! The food was flavorful and well-prepared, with a nice mix of comfort snacks and interesting fusion items on the menu.
I especially loved their Ferrero Rocher shake — it was rich, creamy, and perfectly indulgent with a strong chocolate-hazelnut taste. A real treat for dessert lovers!
We also tried a few other dishes, and everything was served fresh and tasted great. The portions were satisfying, and the presentation was nice too.
Overall, a cozy place with tasty food and a must-try shake. Would definitely visit again

Khaatipeeti is fantastic! The ambience is really nice, with beautiful artwork that adds to the vibe. The servers are super friendly, with a great attitude, and the service is really quick.
We ordered the chilli chicken and it was amazing—way better than I expected, definitely not the usual basic taste. The Mysore masala dosa and triple Schezwan fried rice were also excellent. The dosa was quite filling—I was full after that. Honestly, every dish we tried was top-notch, 10/10 on food. 🍗 🥘
As a chai lover, I was a bit disappointed that the chai was only half-full in the to-go cup, hopefully it is better next time. ☕️
Might be a bit more expensive than other restaurants, but believe me, it’s worth it. Definitely recommend going in!
